WHEN IT’S TIME TO REPLACE OLD WITH NEW

Case Study #36

A draughty 1990’s conservatory has been replaced with a stylish structure that complements the property and will stand the test of time.

Case study before picture

Our clients had lived with a draughty old and poorly ventilated conservatory for many years, struggling to use it in the winter and summer alike.

Their decision to invest in a complete replacement gave them the opportunity to create a garden room they could use all year round, and also make immeasurable improvements to the aesthetics of the house with the design of a new structure.

Choosing Vale also provided our clients with the opportunity of creating a truly unique interior, a light and brightly furnished space from which to enjoy views of their lovely garden.

Our interior designer created a unified scheme, drawn from a palette of greens and creams. Handcrafted furniture and luxury fabrics create a sophisticated haven and fill the space with a dignified air.

Folding doors allow the room to open onto the terrace area, providing the room with a greater sense of connection with the outdoors. Blinds help provide shade in the height of summer.
